Hotel Atlantic Lux - Cartagena

Greatly enjoyed my excellent stay of four night. It was new-fashioned, spotless and with a balcony. In general the staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. The food choices were excellent.

Safe clean property, it has very nice and friendly staff on service for bellman to use. The location is good and next to good restaurants/nightlife there, and restaurants, bars, and the beach both on the Cartagena Bay Side and the Caribbean Ocean. Great nearby places include Guadalupe by Mimi, we usually had drinks there.

Everything was great at this brand-new hotel. Location: the venue was just next door to the city center and Cartagena. It was surely a such great stay on vacation:)))

It is conveniently located. Nice facilities and service. Friendly staff. Comfortable room and nice welcome drink.

They need to create a folder with information about the hotel facilities available in the room to be able to know what we can do or what services are we able to get.

I came, I saw, I reviewed

The location is fantastic, just a block from the beach with easy access to everything. Our Junior Suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good with fresh options available throughout the day. Service was generally good.

Its a nice Hotel very clean and modern, Room was nice

There were no nice views from the room we stayed on the 9th floor.

Location and the staff

I couldn´t do a telephone call. Inside the hotel there wasn´t a public phone.

Extremely comfy bed, clean bathroom and climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV in the room. Abundant breakfast with a huge variety of food, efficient staff. Location close to the beach both on the Cartagena Bay Side and the Caribbean Ocean and good restaurants / nightlife there. Great service, outstanding food, overall a quiet atmosphere.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained.

The staff was quite unhelpful during the check-in process.

The attendants were super helpful and nice. We explored local spots and visited a nearby beach that was lovely. The pool area was fun too, although a bit simple. Just a heads up, breakfast can get busy during peak hours, so plan accordingly.

One issue we faced was the noise from the hallway. The doors were loud and we could hear everyone coming and going, which disturbed our sleep quite a bit.

The location impressed me, just a short stroll to the beach, and the room was clean with a cozy vibe. Breakfast offered fresh juices and tasty pastries. Despite a few minor maintenance quirks, the overall experience felt warm and cute.

I spent a week soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of Cartagena! Loved relaxing on the balcony with a fresh cocktail while people-watching. The breakfast spread was good, especially the fresh pastries. Don't miss the nearby restaurants for fantastic local cuisine. A great spot for a fun getaway!

The strong free wifi was a highlight , providing seamless connectivity for work and leisure. Breakfast included fresh options, a nice touch for starting the day.

The amenities were decent , but the pool area felt a bit cramped.
